NOTICE : In order to insure the safety of your children. Beavers must be escorted to all events including regular meetings by an adult. Please come in to the school with your Beaver for drop off or pick up. Thank you for your cooperation.

Apr 10-11 2010, Fun Forest Tenderpad Camp (White Tail Beavers Only) This is a getting ready to join Cubs experiance. Pre-registration is required. A registration kit will be handed out a few weeks in advance.
Apr 13 2010, Build Beaver Buggies (Please wear old clothes and no uniform as we will be painting.).Apr 20 2010, Beaver Buggy Racing - Parents are invited to stay and watch the races.
Apr 23-24 2010,
GROUP CAMP!! 2 night camp to be held at Fun Forest Camp with all
other scouting youth from 2nd Beaver Bank. A registration kit will be handed out approximately 2 weeks ahead.
For those Beavers attending, remember parents label everything that they
take with their name, have them pack their own bad and remind them that
if they take it off it goes into their bag. They will be sleeping on the
floor in the activity room so please be sure that they have a sleeping pad for under their sleeping bag.
Apr 27 2010, Scavenger Hunt
May 3 2010, Swim Up - This is an event for the entire colony to attend and help our white tails swim up to cubs. This event will be held at HTB from 6:15 - 7:30.
May 5 2010, Scout Tree Planting - Meet on the camp road at the gate for the Harold T Barrett Fun Forest Camp. Time 6:00 - 7:30. Parents are invited to attend.
May 11 2010, Hike.
May 18 2010, Planting Seeds / Bulbs for Spring.
May 25 2010, Closing Party. location to be announced.
Jul 1 2010,
Canada Day Parade (9:00AM) - This will be 2nd Beaver Bank's 11th entry in the Canada Day Parade
in Lr. Sackville. (2005 the parade was cancelled by parade mashall due to extremely bad weather)
The parade route is from the Sobey's parking lot, 752 Sackville Drive to The Rock Church parking
lot, 222 Sackville Drive. I am told that's 2.7km. The parade starts at 9:00AM, all Beavers, Cubs & Scouts
should be at the Sobey's parking lot no later than 8:30AM.
Uniform required.
Tender pads should have their Cub Uniform. Youth may be picked up at the Rock Church parking lot.
