Mar 19 2014, Wed - Visit to Museum of Natural History. Theme Display will be “BIG INSECTS”. Wed is the only evening the Museum is open. Admission is by Donation and Family Welcome to join us. Museum is located on Summer Street, right across from the QE11 Emerg Entrance on Summer Street. Parking is $1.50 per hour. There is often free parking on Bell Road, behind the Museum.

May 6 2014, Swim Up - Evening with 2nd Beaver Bank Group (All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rovers). Our White Tail Beavers will Swim-Up to Cubs and become Tenderpads. They are Welcome to finish our Beaver programme, just don’t wear your Beaver Uniform.
May 7 2014, Wed – Planting Scout Trees. Please bring your Scout Tree Pledges and remember to wear Boots, Necker only, tied. We will plant up the road that is just across the street from Majestic. Remember to wear BOOTS. Please park clear of the driveway.
May 13 2014, Let’s go on a Hike. Meet at the end of Grove Ave. Wear your boots. If it rains, we’ll meet at the School and have a night of “Wacky Races” – Make sure you bring your Sneakers. Rain Date is 20 May
May 20 2014, Hike if it wasn’t last week. Otherwise, it’s National Bike Week so Bring your Bike (or Scooter etc) and your Helmet and meet in the School Parking Lot. We’ll play Baseball as well. If it rains, we will meet at the School for some Crafts and Fun with Indoor Gliders
May 24 2014, Sat – Sackville Rivers/RCMP Annual Bike Rodeo. Not a Scouting event. It’s a fun morning with lots of prizes and a free BBQue. Details to be provided
May 27 2014, Scaventure Hunt – School Soccer Field. If it rains, we’ll meet at the Silver & Gold Room to “Make (and eat) Pizza"

Jul 1 2014, Canada Day Parade (9:00AM) - This will be 2nd Beaver Bank's 15th entry in the Canada Day Parade in Lr. Sackville. The parade route is from the Sobey's parking lot, 752 Sackville Drive to The Rock Church parking lot, 222 Sackville Drive. I am told that's 2.7km. The parade starts at 9:00AM, all Beavers, Cubs & Scouts should be at the Sobey's / Canadian Tire parking lot no later than 8:30AM. Uniform required. Tender pads should have their Cub Uniform. Youth may be picked up at the Rock Church parking lot. parents are welcome.
